I have improved and introduced new features, which led to a 12% growth in the completion of work orders by the technician and brought 117 new customers. I transformed a frustrating user experience of technicians who worked on asset maintenance into a seamless and delightful journey. This project resulted in a 16% reduction in the time taken by the technician to complete the work order and significantly improved overall technician efficiency, showing my ability to understand users (our technician) better.

Allowing users to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly consumption; notifying users of unusual usage to prevent wastage; providing visual data to help users understand and optimize consumption; Tracking water bills and payments within the app, offering guidance on conserving water. The app helps users manage water efficiently, save costs, and adopt sustainable habits.
